In recent years, the bathroom has become an ever increasingly important part of the home.
Nowadays, the bathroom is deemed to be as important as any other room and, as such, requires special attention, in terms of both the furnishing and layout and the development of technologies and designs for the various bathroom units. These factors are what is now behind the mission of the Novellini Group, a leader in the manufacture of shower enclosures.
The Novellini Group also produces hydromassage tubs, shower trays, shower assemblies and towel rails. For some years now, the Novellini Group has also focused on the multi-function cubicle sector.
The annual production of shower enclosures is approximately 1 million units while the annual production of hydromassage products is as much as 55,000 units. The Novellini company currently employs 820 people, 150 of whom work in the 35 foreign branches. The Group has recently taken over a company in Blois, France for producing some of the hydromassage systems and shower multi-function cubicles.
The production cycle is fully automated and integrated and is carried out entirely within the company, which controls all the various production processes involved in this production cycle. The jewel in the crown of the Novellini Group is its aluminium foundry, opened in May 2002. This goes alongside the Group's two extrusion lines, up-and-running now for some considerable time.
All the aluminium parts used in the products are painted and subject to salt spray tests to guarantee resistance to corrosion and ageing over time. The glass department has been developed with new fully-automated quality control systems which are used to check the reliability of the tempering, the uniformity of the screen print and the dimensional precision of every glass pane.
Thanks to a widespread and innovative logistic structure, Novellini group stands out for its short delivery time, which grants a high level of service and satisfaction for the customer.
The very high concentration of the production stages within the Group allows Novellini to guarantee extremely high product quality and to have direct control over every single machining stage, with a special internal quality control department; the high technological level keeps production high, without compromising the quality of the product in any way.
