What is the standard delivery time?

We despatch stock the same day, delivery is generally 2-3 days. We try and show stock availability and delivery times on most product pages. If in doubt, give us a call or email to check. We answer the phones and reply to emails very quickly.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Ordering online is quick, easy and secure, and we can assist you with placing an order and send you a full order with payment link. However, in the interest of security, we only take certain orders over the phone. We do not risk fraud. 

Why buy off Bathroom Supplies Online?

Can I delay the delivery of my order?

Yes, we can store most items for you free of charge as long as they haven't already dispatched. Once you have placed your order and have your order number, email us with your preferred delivery date and we will schedule this as closely as possible for you.

Do you offer a returns collection service?

Yes we do. We try to make returns as simple as possible. Please email us for a returns quote. We will need images of the products to show they are as delivered. 

Do you supply spare parts?

No we don't. You will need to contact the product manufacturer directly for help with this. 

How do I return an item?

You can return an unwanted product in its original and unused condition within 28 days, but you must notify us by email within the first 14 days. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any return costs for unwanted items, we can organise a collection for you but there will be a charge for this service.

Can I request a specific delivery date?

Yes, we can usually arrange delivery on a specific date if all items on the order are in stock. Once you have placed your order and have your order number, email us with your preferred delivery date and we will schedule this as closely as possible for you.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, in most cases and this will be shown next to the price on the product page. Walk-in baths are the exception to the rule, these are shown excluding VAT as most customers qualify for a zero rate purchase.

What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept Paypal, Paypal credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay and BACS Bank Transfer. We offer as many possible options to make the buying experience as easy as possible.

Can I collect in store?

Yes you can. Please call us to check the stock and we will organise the order for you. All collections need to pre-booked with us first.
