DELIVERY CHARGES* – We have three main delivery tiers, these apply to all items unless otherwise stated.
- Free – Delivery is completely free on any orders over £800.00.
- £10.00 - Small items such as taps, showers or bathroom accessories.
- £24.99 - Large or fragile items such as sanitaryware, shower enclosures or furniture.
*the delivery tiers refer to mainland UK addresses and do not apply to the Scottish Highlands, other hard to reach places or overseas destinations. Deliveries to these areas may incur a higher charge.
RETURNS.
RETURNS PERIOD - There is a maximum 7 day notification period for all returns. We will gladly accept any returns for products in original undamaged packaging where we are notified within the 7 day period after delivery.
NOVELLINI RETURNS - Novellini items can not be returned once opened unless the items are delivered damaged or have an underlying manufacturing issue. Please check that the item you have ordered is the correct size before opening any packaging.
OUR THIRD PARTY COURIER POLICY - Any items delivered via third party couriers (TNT, FedEx or UK Mail) must be opened and checked thoroughly by the customer for damages before signing to accept delivery. No claim for damaged items can be made once the delivery has been accepted. The obligation is with you to check your deliveries thoroughly & immediately.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/MISSING ITEMS - Any product damage, defects or delivery errors must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. The onus is on you to check the goods not the Installation people. Please take off the outer packaging and check for damage or defects immediately. Once you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will, at our option either make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
RETURN CHARGES - Customers are responsible for all return delivery charges on unwanted items. In the case of large items we can arrange a collection using our own transport (Please call for individual pricing). Once received back into our stock, goods will be thoroughly checked for any damaged and appropriate refunds will then be applied, minus any delivery charges which have been fulfilled. Large unwanted items may also be subject to a restocking charge (up to 25% of the order value).
