Do you supply spare parts?

You will need to contact the manufacturer for this and they will be able to assist you further. 

Can I delay my order?

Yes we can store most items for you free of charge as long as they havnt already left us and with the delivery company. 

Can I request a specific delivery date?

Yes, we can usually arrange delivery on a specific date if all items on the order are in stock. Please contact us by phone or email first to make sure this is possible. We can even delay deliveries and store the product at no extra cost.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Ordering online is quick, easy and secure, and we can assist you with placing an order and send you a full order with payment link. However, in the interest of security, we only take certain orders over the phone. We do not risk fraud. 

What is the standard delivery time?

We despatch stock off the same day so generally 2 - 3 days. We do try and show delivery times and stock just above the price on most ranges. If in doubt give us a call or an email to check. We answer the phones and reply to emails fast.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes in 99% of cases and this will be shown next to the price. Walk in baths are shown excluding VAT as most people qualify for a zero rate purchase.

Do you offer a returns collection service?

Yes we do. We try to make returns as simple as possible. Please email us for a returns quote. We will need images of the products to show they are as delivered. 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept Paypal, Paypal credit and Apple Pay. We offer as many possible options to make the buying experience as easy as possible. 

Can I collect in store?

Yes you can collect. Please call us first to check the stock and we can organise the order for you. All collections are pre booked with us first. 

How do I return an item?

You can return an unwanted product in its original and unused condition within 28 days, but you must notify us by email within the first 14 day. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any return costs for unwanted items, We can organise a collection for you but we will have to charge for this service.
