Designed and manufactured in the UK to the highest specifications, the Pearl walk in bath’s features deliver an easy access bath suitable for the entire family. Low level access onto the slip resistant floor reduces the risks and issues which can be faced when accessing a standard bath. Inside the bath a sculpted integrated seat area provides a raised seating position allowing easier entry and exit of the bath. The moulded seat forms a comforting and relaxing bathing position which, coupled with the Pearl baths curved profiles allow a reassuringly comforting area to bathe in. The slip resistant entrance area can be transformed into a shower area with the addition of the optional bath screen, enabling your Pearl walk in bath to be utilised by all the family.
We strongly suggest you use thermostatic taps when using our walk-in baths - The user will need to be sat in the bath during filling, thermostatic taps regulate water temperature ensuring water safe for bathing and is not too hot to cause discomfort or injury.
This bath will be delivered on a pallet and the bath will be shrink wrapped to the pallet. This is a kerbside delivery only. The bath can be delivered into any location at the house that a pallet truck can take it. For example a flat surface into a garage

Delivery Charges are estimated in the basket - we have 3 main UK delivery charges;
Occasionally we may ask for an extra delivery charge on certain products or delivery areas.
We use many forms of delivery services dependant on postcode and product. We may deliver larger items on a pallet service, this can be kerbside and the customer will be responsible for the disposal of any pallets and packaging.
Order Times - We now offer next day delivery on many of the items listed on our website. Goods are generally dispatched within 1 to 5 working days from receipt of full payment. Our average delivery time is currently 3 working days. If for any reason these time scales cannot be adhered to, we will notify you within 24 hours and a revised delivery schedule will be advised. Some of our more specialist products such as walk-in baths are made to order and delivery lead times will be confirmed once your order is placed.
If you require your goods by a certain date please call us on 01482 795165 and we will work with you to expedite the delivery time when possible. In some cases we can deliver goods the following morning. We can never guarantee any delivery times but we will always work as hard as possible to meet your deadlines.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Deliveries - Any product damage, defects or delivery errors must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. The onus is on you to check the goods not the installation people. Please take off the outer packaging carefully and check for damage or defects immediately. Once you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will, at our option either make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective. We cannot accept a return under any circumstances if you have begun installation of the product.
Return Period - There is a maximum 14 day notification period for all product returns. We will gladly accept any returns for products in original undamaged packaging where we are notified within the 14 day period after delivery. To notify us of a product you wish to return please email firstname.lastname@example.org Once we have been notified of the return you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to our address. All refunds will then be processed within 14 days of receipt.
Please note - If the product packaging is damaged defaced in any way with names, address or order numbers ect we will not be able to offer a credit. All items to be returned must be in the exact same condition as we delivered them. Please place the items in an outer box or wrap in paper.
Please Note - Customers are responsible for all return collection costs. These are estimated at £20 - £30 for small items (accessories, taps, showers etc) and £60 - £80 for large items (toilets, basins, baths, shower enclosures etc) but are dependent on the collection location and product. Alternatively, products can be returned via your chosen courier at your cost back to our address. Please note if you are returning the products with your own delivery company please take the necessary insurance with them as damaged items can not be refunded.
Larger more specialist items like DocM packs, Shower Pods, Walk in baths, Essenza trays, Clearwater Baths etc will carry a larger return cost up to £200.
